Speaking of Health, May I Be Blunt?

Speaking of Health, May I Be Blunt?

If you’ve listened to my show for a while, then you may have picked up on the fact that my health journey has been a bumpy one. I’ve come to appreciate that about myself and, over time, have recognized that without my health challenges I would never have ventured so boldly outside the traditional medical model and become who I am today.

Of course, appreciating the learning and being satisfied with the current outcome are two different things… so I continue to puzzle through what’s holding me back from having the stellar health I know I’m meant to have.

Some have questioned my determination – suggesting I should settle for the many little successes I’ve managed to achieve and celebrate that I’m as vibrant as I am.

When this happens I stop, get quiet and wonder if this is really as good as it gets. And the answer I receive 100% of the time, is a resounding NO! I know I’m meant to have more energy, less digestive upset, a stronger immune system, better hormone health and fewer sensitivities.

So I continue on my journey, sharing it less with others, but always looking for answers that resonate and ideas that inspire me to try something new.

Last June (2018) I found my answer and in this Vibrant, Powerful Moms show I share what it is. It’s not a pill, program or exercise, and it’s going to take at least 18 months to show significant improvement, but now that I know…I KNOW…and that is very exciting.

Listen to the show to hear all about it!

In case you can’t wait to find out the source of my excitement…here’s the blurb about the show…

In this episode of the Vibrant, Powerful Moms Show I get up close and personal about my own health journey and share how information from the Medical Medium, Anthony William, opened my eyes to a whole new world!
