Understanding Them – Finding the “Functional” in Families
This program looks at how our society is failing our families and what we can do to make a difference. It focuses on the impact of the individual on the family as well as how the functioning of the family influences the individuals within it. We will discuss how to create a highly successful family built on governing principles and share tools for building strong relationships within the family. At the completion of this course participants will understand the many challenges families face and will have the beginning tools for helping families get back on track.
This course can be taken on its own or as course #3 of a five-part training, that when completed (along with internship) results in an Empowering NRG Parent Educator Certificate
