This course offers a life changing opportunity for those who recognize that professional development is always personal. It blends together personal growth, awareness and self-care, with tools, techniques and information for working with others. It is ideal for Parents, Teachers, Social Workers, Daycare Workers and other individuals who want to be the best that they can be and truly live “on purpose”.
Each part of this 5-part program can be taken separately for personal/professional development, or the program can be taken together to yield an Empowering NRG, Parent Educator Certificate*. Each program is 3 days in length (approx. 18 hours) and includes a complimentary (group) one month follow-up call. Programs include health breaks to keep everyone in top form and to allow practice of skills that rejuvenate and promote self-care.
